Overview of baccarat banque
In this version called baccarat banque the casino is the dealer of all cards and books all bets. There are two player or 'punto' positions and the layout is a two-sided layout. These spots are manned by the bettors who oppose the banker or 'banco' position. The banker position is always taken by the house. The bettors may wager on either the Player position or both. The Player has one third card drawing option. The Banker is not bound by third card drawing restrictions as in other baccarat variations and may stand or draw one card. (Some casinos may apply restrictions on the banker.)
